Established in 1996, our company is a well-respected real estate appraisal firm based in Bellingham. We specialize in providing comprehensive residential and commercial appraisal services, ensuring accurate and reliable property valuations for our clients. With nearly three decades of experience, we have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality and detailed appraisal reports.
Our mission is to be the premier real estate appraisal firm in the Northern Counties, known for providing unbiased and accurate results. From office buildings to fast food restaurants to residential development tracts, we appraiser a wide variety of commercial properties with two MAI designated appraisers in house for loan underwriting, estate planning, dissolutions, sale negotiations, etc. We focus on Whatcom, Skagit, Island, Snohomish, and San Juan counties.

Our three residential appraisers focus on single-family homes, condominiums, residential lots, and 2-4 unit multifamily properties. We are committed to providing an informed unbiased opinion of value in doing appraisals for loan underwriting, estate planning, marketing, negotiations, or dissolution purposes. We cover Whatcom, Skagit, Island, and Snohomish Counties.
Residential
We're your go-to experts for commercial and residential appraisals in the Puget Sound area between Lynnwood and the Canadian Border. We are committed to doing work that you can trust will be fair with results that are supported. We do substantial work for a variety of uses including loan underwriting, estate planning, dissolution, marketing purposes, acquisition, and many more.
